Add a contact form on the contact page

To add a Contact Form go to the Contact section
There you will find a description box.
You can use the shortcode of any contact form like Contact Form 7, WPForms, HappyForms, etc.

For example
Create a form on your contact form 7, then note down the shortcode and put it on the description box.
